How do I delete my account?
Open the Trippple app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account and personal data will be removed within 30 days. You can also email hello@trippple.travel from your registered email address and we'll process the deletion for you.
I forgot my password / can't sign in
If you signed up with Google, use the same Google account to sign back in. If you're stuck, email hello@trippple.travel from the email on your account and we'll help.
How do I report a bug or send feedback?
Email hello@trippple.travel with a short description and (if you can) a screenshot. Mentioning your device model and iOS version helps us reproduce the issue faster.
How do I report someone, or content that violates the rules?
Inside the app, long-press the list, place, review, or comment and tap Report. You can also email hello@trippple.travel with a link or description. See our Community Guidelines for the full list of what's not allowed.
I'm a copyright owner — how do I report infringing content?
See our DMCA Policy for the full procedure. Notices go to hello@trippple.travel.
